Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back. Please note that items sent without prior return authorisation will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery. Should you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can address the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Process

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method automatically. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
