How to Use

– Cold therapy: Freeze for 2 hours or submerge in icy water
– Heat therapy: Submerge in warm water or microwave in 10 second intervals until optimal temperature is achieved

– Slip pad into sleeve and apply for 20 minutes. Allow skin to return to normal temperature before reapplying.
– Clean with warm soapy water.
